Any activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by someone who gains access through your negligence, is your responsibility.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact phdream55 support immediately. The platform will investigate and, where appropriate, take measures to secure your account. phdream55 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where reasonable security precautions were not taken on your part.
phdream55 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be asked to verify your identity by submitting a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, or PhilHealth ID), proof of address, and payment method ownership verification. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC verification. phdream55 processes verification requests promptly and treats submitted documents with full confidentiality.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. phdream55 reserves the right to charge a monthly account maintenance fee on inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the remaining balance. Members will be notified before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed.

Deposits are credited to your phdream55 account balance promptly upon confirmation from your payment provider — typically within one to three minutes for GCash and Maya. phdream55 does not impose deposit fees on supported payment methods. If a deposit does not reflect within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification requirements. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya typically process within five minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank may take longer depending on banking hours. phdream55 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.
phdream55 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. These Terms govern where no specific offer terms exist.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least the stated number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that if you receive ₱100 in bonus funds, you must wager a total of ₱2,000 before those bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Bonuses are intended for individual genuine players. phdream55 reserves the right to withhold or revoke bonuses where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated betting between accounts, or use of betting strategies that exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay intent.
Bonus funds and free credit offers have an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account balance after the expiry date without prior notice unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

If a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical error on phdream55's end, the stake will be returned to the member's account. Wins generated from malfunctioning games may be voided at phdream55's discretion.
All sports betting markets — including volleyball betting — are subject to specific rules published on the relevant pages. Event results are taken from official sources. In cases of event postponement, cancellation, or rule changes, bets will be settled in accordance with the published sports betting rules at phdream55.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdream55 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business resulting from your use of the platform; any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform; losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions; or losses arising from circumstances beyond phdream55's reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party payment providers.
phdream55's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience at phdream55, the first step is to contact customer support via email at support@phdream55.net or through the live chat function available on the platform. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the phdream55 platform that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
